• Gift vouchers cannot be extended and they are non-refundable.
• All gift vouchers must be used in full, no change or voucher for unused difference can be issued.
• Gift vouchers can be redeemed across Killaloe Hotel and Spa for goods/services equalling/totalling to the same value.
• Voucher is subject to availability.
• Management reserves the right to honour gift vouchers.
• Please always present your voucher on arrival.

• Killaloe Hotel & Spa will not be held liable for lost or stolen cards.
• The use of gift cards are subject to availability.
• The Killaloe Hotel & Spa gift card may be used for more than one transaction, it is valid in all areas of the hotel and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• The Killaloe Hotel & Spa gift card is valid for 5 years from date of purchase.
