Covid Care Policy at Killaloe Hotel & Spa
In light of the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, Killaloe Hotel & Spa are committed to ensuring the safety of our guests and that of our staff members. Therefore, we have a number of safety protocols in place. We have installed a range of PPE around the hotel including hand sanitizing stations, perspex screens as well as signage to encourage physical distancing. Proof of vaccination is required upon entrance to our restaurant and table service is in operation. Contactless payment is encouraged at both the restaurant and reception and mask-wearing is enforced in line with government guidelines. Where possible we have eliminated high-touchpoints to prevent the spread of infection.
In acknowledgement of our efforts, Fáilte Ireland have recognized us as a Covid-19 Safety Charter Compliant Hotel meaning that guests can relax and enjoy their stay, comfortable in the knowledge that Killaloe Hotel & Spa have taken every possible precautionary measure to assist in the fight against Covid-19.
